Selecting a date for delivery |

If you really need a delivery on a specific date, it would help us if you can let us know using the Comments box at checkout. This is true whether you want delivery at short notice, or if you are ordering well ahead and just want to book a delivery slot. We do have to say that we can't guarantee to meet every requirement (see the small print in our Terms and Conditions for full details) but we will do our very best to accomodate any reasonable request. |

Can I collect my goods? |

We are a mail-order company and don't have retail premises, so while we love to see visitors, this is an extraordinarily busy time and we are all running about like mad things - we'd hate for you to get here and find no-one available to help.
Remember that we offer a satisfaction guarantee to reassure you that everything we send will be in good condition. |
